I struggled with finding an aesthetic that really called to me but finally settled on minimalist industrial chic. I have always been drawn to exposed metal work and industrial machinery. I like the raw unaltered feeling you get from it. I also believe in an uncluttered life style which is why I try to keep things minimalist.

I also wanted to create something I could use and enjoy on a daily basis while still keeping true to my style and not cluttering my room. I thought that since I have a passion for wine that I would incorporate that somehow.
I have seen these before and always wanted one. I enjoy the precarious nature of them and the feeling of anxiety that you feel thinking how they might fall. This is not an illusion however but pure physics. With the center of gravity of the bottle being directly over the support of the holder where it touches the ground.
