April 8th: Buy all remaining hardware necessary for the functionality portion to work properly so that other aesthetic designing can be improved around those dimensions. Also cut down and accessory pieces that will be used to accent the color theme.
April 12th: Laser cut an image into the side of the box and add color as needed to make the image pop. Use the milling machine to cut out a heart shape in the front of the box.
April 19th: Have everything glued and assembled and hardware properly attached.
April 23rd: Add final touched to the interior of the box. Add personalized content inside the pox to add to the overall aesthetic of the project.

Errol! It sounds like you have things planned out for the most part, you should try to continue to think of all of the things that could possibly go wrong. For example the laser cutting could go wrong, will you have enough materials to make another attempt, or would you have to order more materials last minute?
Errol, it sounds like you have the rest of the logistics for the project figured out. So is the design of the box finalized already? It’s good that you’ve scheduled the laser cutting and milling earlier on since the it’ll probably be difficult to schedule time to use those equipment. Also, are these dates the deadline or the “begin-work” date?
