My project again was born out of necessity. I used to have a lamp that held all of my necessary desk items. This lamp broke. Since then the thing I miss most having on my desk at home is the pens and pencils. Since I am a pretty organized guy, I wanted to make myself a pencil holder. It will look something like this.

Obviously it will have more holes and be a little more substantial. I will machine it out of aluminum. This will be a fairly easy task. I just have to find the right materials.
