I am still in the part acquisition phase and planning for manufacturing phase of my project. So far I have acquired the tubeset that I will use, and the fitting lugs, I still need drop-outs, braze paste, and paint but those should arrive soon. I plan to begin cutting the tubeset.

    I’ve just been using pre-fluxed braze rods. 1/16″ RBZnCU-C rods to start the braze, generic brass for filling out the fillets. You oxy torching?

    What is going to be the hardest part of your manufacturing phase when you are ready for that? Will you need to spend more time on the tube-cutting or on the brazing?
